Size: We can recommend the packaging bags specific sizes to customers based on the amount, size, and weight of the balloons that need to be loaded.

What material made of? How to choose?

Thickness: The packaging bags we use are generally single-sided 7-wire and double-sided 14-wire.

Sealing: adhesive strip bags, flat bags, and bone strip bags. We recommend making sealed bags, and bags of your own brand are not easy to be replaced and will be stronger.

The materials include OPP, CPP, PP, LDPE, PE, etc.

These are all common plastic materials. Their differences are as follows:

- OPP: The full name is Oriented Polyproprian, also known as oriented polypropylene film, which has good transparency and high gloss and is usually used to make transparent food packaging bags and various packaging bags.

- CPP: The full name is cast polypropylene, also known as cast polypropylene film. Compared with OPP, it has better flexibility and cold resistance, and is often used to produce heat-sealed bags, combination bags, etc.

- PP05: Usually refers to polypropylene film, the film thickness is 0.5mm, can withstand greater force, and is often used to package heavy objects. It is also commonly used for food packaging.

- LDPE4: The full name is low-density polyethylene, also known as low-density polyethylene film, which has a soft texture and good tear resistance, abrasion resistance and water barrier properties, and is suitable for packaging consumer goods.

- PE: Often refers to polyethylene film, which has the characteristics of high transparency, good flexibility, water resistance, weather resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, etc., and is widely used to package food, medicine, clothing, toys and other daily necessities

The balloon packaging bags are usually made of CPP (cast polypropylene) material. Because CPP film has good flexibility and cold resistance, it is very suitable for making balloon bags. At the same time, the transparency and glossiness of CPP material are also very high, which can better show the color and pattern of balloons. In addition, CPP materials have good plasticity and are easy to print, compound and process, which can meet various requirements of balloon bags.

Minimum order quantity

The larger the size, the smaller the minimum order quantity. The minimum order quantity for a bag that normally packs 100 balloons is 10,000pcs. The minimum order quantity for a bag that packs 50 balloons is about 20,000pcs, and the minimum order quantity for a bag that packs 20 balloons is about 30,000pcs.

Because this is the quantity that can be made with one shaft of material, if the minimum order quantity is not enough, the remaining raw materials will be wasted, so the unit price will be higher.

Notes: We  will produce the final design drawing and mark the size about packaging bags.We will send the design drawing to the customer for confirmation. After the customer confirms, the plate will be made first. The plate cannot be modified after making it. If the customer must modify it, the factory can only re-make the plate and charge the fee again. So we will definitely confirm the color with the customer before arranging production.
