Bunting flags(Pennant Banner Flags) are a common type of flags widely used in festivals, commercial activities, sports events and other occasions. 

 Types

1. Classification by material:

Cloth Bunting Banner: Made of cotton, silk, polyester and other fabrics, soft texture, bright colors, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Plastic flags: Made of plastic materials such as PE, PVC, PET, waterproof and UV-resistant, suitable for long-term outdoor use.

Paper flags: Made of materials such as colored paper or corrugated paper, with low cost, suitable for one-time use or short-term activities.

2. Classification by shape:

Triangular Bunting Flag: Common triangular design, easy to hang, suitable for stringing together.

Rectangular Bunting Flag: Larger area can carry more patterns or text information, suitable for making national flags and event promotions

Polygonal Bunting Flag: Relatively rare, our factory can customize.

Special-shaped Bunting Flag: Special shapes designed according to specific themes, such as animal shapes, cartoon characters, etc., require customized die cutting.

3. Classification by purpose:

Festival bunting flags: specially used for decoration of specific festivals, such as Christmas, Halloween, etc., usually with holiday-related patterns and colors.

Celebration bunting flags: used for National Day, opening celebrations, weddings, graduation ceremonies, children's shower parties, gender reveals, etc.

Advertising bunting flags: used for commercial promotion, printed with brand logos, product information, etc., to play an advertising role.

Event bunting flags: used for various community activities, sports games, etc., the design focuses on the theme and atmosphere of the event.

Safety bunting flags: used for warning purposes during construction

4. Classification by hanging method:

Serial bunting flag: multiple flags are linked together by ropes, suitable for long-distance hanging.

Single bunting flag: each bunting flag is hung independently

Flagpole bunting flag: supported by a flagpole, suitable for large places such as outdoor squares and parks.

Hand flag: supported by a small flagpole, held in hand, used in events or cartoon hand flags, advertising hand-waved flags

5. Classification by pattern:

Pattern bunting flag: printed with national flags or various patterns, such as flowers, animals, cartoon characters, etc., to increase visual appeal. You can choose to print on one or both sides

Text bunting flag: printed with text information, such as blessings, slogans, etc., to convey specific information. Generally printed on one side

Blank bunting flag: no pattern or text printed

When customizing a Flag banner, customers need to provide a series of parameters to ensure that the final product meets expectations.

Common parameters and detailed descriptions

1. Size and specifications

Length: The total length of the hunting flag includes the spacing between each flag and the length of the ropes on both sides. The total length is generally 1m 2m 3m 5m 6m 7m 10m 20m 50m

Number of pieces: 1 piece 8 pieces 10 pieces 12 pieces 15 pieces 18 pieces 20 pieces 50 pieces 100 pieces, etc.

Width: The width of the flag, usually in centimeters (cm) or inches (in).

Height: The height of the flag, usually in centimeters (cm) or inches (in).

Thickness: The thickness of the material, usually in millimeters (mm). The maximum thickness is: 0.04mm 0.05mm 0.06mm

Shape: The shape of the flag, such as triangle, rectangle, circle, special shape, etc.

Quantity: The number of flags that need to be customized.

Rope requirements: rope color, whether transparent welt is required, whether nylon rope is added

Fabric: the material of the hunting flag, such as cloth (cotton, silk, polyester, etc.), plastic (PE, PVC, PET, etc.), paper, etc.

Thickness: the thickness of the material, usually in millimeters (mm). The maximum thickness is: 0.04mm 0.05mm 0.06mm

Features: whether special functions such as environmental protection and fire prevention are required.

3. Pattern and design

Pattern: the pattern to be printed on the flag, the customer provides the design drawing.

Color: the color of the flag pattern, the specific color number (such as PANTONE color number) can be provided.

Design file: provide design files, such as AI, PSD, PDF and other formats, to ensure the clarity and accuracy of the pattern and text.
