How do Personalised Latex Balloons do it?

Natural latex is a white milky liquid. They are usually transported by tanker from the producing country to the United States, and then by train or truck to various balloon factories. The raw materials for making Personalised Latex Balloons include hardener, catalyst, grease, dye and water, etc. All raw materials will be mixed in a large open-top tank and then transported to the balloon production line below. At present, almost all balloon production lines are produced by the metal mold immersion method. For example, the mold for producing a round balloon is like a small light bulb. But before dipping the metal mold into the latex, the metal mold must be immersed in a coagulant mixture made of calcium nitrate, water and oil. When the coagulant is dry, the balloon production process can begin.
The second step of the process is to immerse metal molds of different shapes into a large open-top vat containing the latex. Because of the top-to-bottom dipping method, the top of the balloon is usually the thickest and the neck is the thinnest. When the latex dipping process is completed, the rudimentary latex film will be rolled up by a row of rotating brush heads to form the shape we generally see. This process takes place with the latex film uncured.
Now, the nearly finished balloon, along with the metal mold, is rinsed with hot water to remove the remaining calcium nitrate, and then placed in a roaster at a temperature of 200-220 degrees Fahrenheit to harden the latex film for 20-25 minutes. After hardening, the balloon is released from the metal mold for printing or packaging for shipment, and the metal mold is reused.
